Yes, if you do not have room to inventory books
or no time to take care of shipping, then let
us know. We can directly ship books to your customers
and you can just take orders. The profit margins
are lower on this but you do not incur any shipping
to get it to your facilities.

stock now? |
Yes, we have just received the first supply of
books (November 11'th) and can ship them immediately.

| When do I receive a reseller
number? |
As soon as you order books we will e-mail you
the reseller/discount number that will appear
in your supply of books. This code is unique for
you and will allow you to receive commissions
from every individual that uses this code when
they buy a 1-year membership to the GTA sites
(GirlsTellAll.com and GuysTellAll.com)

| Can I return books I do not
sell? |
No, because we add the reseller number to page 6
of the books, the book is uniquely setup to track
your commissions. Unlike most publications that
only allow for very low margins, the potential of
this custom tracking is much higher. Therefore,
you should only order what you can sell.

| Can I discount the books or
give them away just to make the commissions? |
Yes, obviously the lower you sell the book the
more opportunities you may have. This would lower
your immediate return on investment but could
potentially have a higher return because you increased
circulation of your reseller/discount number.
The suggested retail price of the paperback version
is $21.95. What you market it for is up to you.

| Can I have a banner that points
to the GirlsTellAll bookstore and still get a commission? |
Yes, we will support traditional banner ads. We
will ship the book with your commission/discount
number.

| When would I get a commission
check? |
Commission checks are sent out each month on the
first of that month. Commission must be more than
$50 or we will hold the balance until the next
month. Keep in mind if you did not sell any new
books one month, you still could receive commissions
from books you put in circulation earlier.
If a member that has used your commission/discount
number disputes the charge placed on their credit
card or in any way sends or gives us a bad payment,
we will deduct the amount of your commission on
that transaction from your total commissions for
that month.

| When will I know if someone
used my reseller/discount code on the GirlsTellAll.com
site? |
An e-mail will go into your GirlsTellAll.com box
and alert you of the sale. If you have not come
in to receive your mail, the system will e-mail
you the e-mail address you registered to inform
you of the e-mail at your GirlsTellAll e-mail
box.

| Would I get any information
about the members that joined using my reseller/discount
number? |
No, members wish to stay private and we do not
pass on non-public information to anyone.

| Could I just opt-in e-mail customers
I have and give them the web site and the reseller/discount
number? |
Yes, and that might make you a lot of money but
you would be missing out on the potential to make
a lot more. The more you get the book in circulation
with your reseller/discount number the more opportunities
you have for a continued revenue stream instead
of just a onetime profit.

| Can I mass e-mail others? |
Only if the people you are e-mailing are opt-in
members and/or customers of yours. Please do not
spam others. If we get complaints of resellers
spamming we will investigate and terminate our
agreement with the reseller. We understand that
even opt-in customers or members of yours may
complain to us that you are spamming them even
though they opted for the service. We do not automatically
terminate your reseller agreement with us and
will ask you to explain any complaints we receive.
If we feel that you are correct and the individual
receiving the e-mail is incorrect we will side
in your favor. However if we receive a large number
of complaints about any e-mails that you have
sent, then we will deem that the e-mails were
not opt-in and therefore in violation of our policy
against spam.

| What are my commissions? |
You have two sources of income. One is the sale
of the book.
If we drop ship the books for you, you would earn
30% commission on retail sales of the book at
$21.95.
If you stock the book (must take no less than
10 copies every six months) you can receive 40%
profit or more depending on the volume you purchase.
Larger volumes will receive better margins.
The commissions on individuals using your reseller/discount
number is 10% of the sale of a one year membership.
Currently that is $10 but subject to change depending
on marketing conditions. The total amount of commission
you can earn is unlimited!

What if I stop selling your book, will I still get
commissions? |
If you do not have sales for 6 months or take
stock of books each 6 months then, commissions
will end 1 year after your last sale or order
of books for stock.

| My customers may not be interested
in an adult dating site so why sell the GirlsTellAll
book? |
You certainly will have a number of customers
that have no interest in dating on the web. But
curiosity sells more books than anything else.
When the readers curiosity is further heightened
by the contents of the book, and they want more,
then the opportunity to have them join the site
that the book is based on is very high. A number
of members only like to read other members profiles
and never ask anyone for a date. So whatever their
intent is, to purchase a membership is good either
way.

If the book was GuysTellAll.com, guys would be
interested but not many women. GirlsTellAll.com
appeals to both genders. However, the book is
relatively equal in its handling of slinging mud
and praises at both sexes. While I’m a guy,
the last time I checked, I clearly understand
most women's issues. Regardless of that, I hired
a female editor to critique my maleness as well
as my grammar.
